Hanna Tsepesh: Hola Luque! Thanks so much for accepting this interview and Welcome to THE GATES OF METAL! First of all: how are you and how are the things doing with your concerts? Luque: Hello! We’re glad to talk with you. We´re in transition time between any shows and the new album composition. We’ve decided put the energy in composition because is a bad time for the rock shows now in Spain. Just two concerts coming soon.
Hanna Tsepesh: for those who do not know the band, could tell us a little how it all started?
Luque: In short words are doing a combination of classic metal and touch of power metal, and don’t forget the rock and roll essence. About lyrics the personal experiences are our inspiration.
Hanna Tsepesh: What inspired you the most to create the lyrics and what process the band use to create the riffs, melody to comply with the lyrics?
Luque: there is not a rule for the composition, but I prefers write lyric after music cause otherwise occasionally when we try to engage lyrics with melody have to change something and loose the primary means.
Hanna Tsepesh: What are your favorite bands? You have any musician that you admire the most?
Luque: Our favorite bands are Iron Maiden, Hellowen, Baron Rojo, Led Zeppelin, Europe, Guns n’ roses and musician Steve Harris, Kai Hansen, Gary Moore and Steve Vai.
Hanna Tsepesh: When you start to play guitar? It was difficult to learn? What brand guitar you prefer?
Luque: I’ve started play when I was sixteen years old.
All instruments required hard dedication and a few hours day to practice.

Hanna Tsepesh: What was the highest and lowest point of your career as a musician?
Luque: Inside our possibilities a good moment was last year because I enjoy in the “Vicio y Virtud” record and promo, with a lot of show and successfully reaction on people.
Hanna Tsepesh: Let’s talk about the “Vicio Y Virtude” album. For people who don’t listen yet can you tell to us about this album?
Luque: It has a great personality, powerful, direct and fresh. Was conceived for metal lovers. Listen!
Hanna Tsepesh: How has the response been to the album by the fans and media?
Luque: General we’re received good critical from everybody, reason why are happy and give us energy for work now and in the future.

Hanna Tsepesh: what is your favorite music in this album and why?
Luque: “La cima de la eternidad” is my favorite track because is talking about my feelings with my little daughter, musically I think is the most complete song.
Hanna Tsepesh: What is your big advice for a young musician?
Luque: work work work and don’t stop dreaming!
Hanna Tsepesh: Do you want to send any message for the people who going to read this interview?Luque: They have to keep listening, buying and enjoy on shows, and rock and roll keep alive.
